The Three Penny Review is a prominent literary magazine, which has over 10,000 readers. You can earn as much as $200 on published poems. They accept up to five poems (but all in one document) that are unpublished, 100 lines or less and are either double-spaced or singled spaced. However, response time ranges from two days to two months, no simultaneous submissions and emails are not accepted (send via mail instead).

Poetry Foundation publishes the world famous “Poetry Magazine”, a very popular magazine that publishes poems. If you have spent any time trying to publish poetry, you are probably familiar with this publication. Poetry Foundation is the authority mag on poetry that publishes established and new writers.
You can submit a maximum number of four unpublished poems for each submission. You are paid $10 per line. If your poem is accepted, the poetry foundation can pay you as high as $300 per poem.
